Home Spotlight

Picture
This quarter the Home Spotlight Award goes to.......

Each quarter, the Association will spotlight a home in the neighborhood to recognize those residents whose homes promote community pride and appeal. Such residents keep our neighborhood beautiful, valuable and a great place to live. If you know a home you think should be considered for special recognition, please  email us.

HOMEOWNER HINTS
Help Reduce Litter and Improve Neighborhood Appearance:
1. Place trash bins in garage or in back yard on a flat surface. Bins should not be visible from the front of your home.

2. Take a few minutes and pick up the litter and trash along street curbs and in the gutters around your home (no, it is not your trash but it is your valuable home).

3. Unless you are going out of town, place trash bins and other items curbside only on pick-up days, or request special pick up from your waste removal company.

4. Do not fasten YARD SALE signs on STOP signs. Promptly remove your signs after your sale ends.
